The Oasis Heart Fund located in Tijuana, Mexico receives grants and support from the HDRI to continue their research and help patients.
HOW WE HELP HEART DISEASE RESEARCH
The Hospital offers support to patients based on a “Total Care” approach. Developed by Dr. Contreras Sr., this method of treatment is designed to combat heart disease, cancer and other degenerative diseases, while at the same time improve the quality of life of the patient. The heart disease total care approach recognizes that a whole person has physical, mental, and spiritual needs. Nutrition, spiritual and psychological counseling, and an education program provide the foundation for the medical treatment.
WE FEED
Heart Disease Research Institute through regular feeding programs and by providing vital and nutritious food in high – risk and impoverished neighborhoods.
WE EDUCATE
Educate impoverished children and their families through our partnership with Philippine Children’s Hunger Fund, and by providing educational materials related to health and nutrition.
WE SERVE
Serve impoverished communities through humanitarian aid distribution, education, feeding programs and spiritual enrichment.

The Heart Disease Research Institute (HDRI) is a non-profit, international organization incorporated March 28, 2006 in the State of Arizona. HDRI is an organization that provides information and assistance to the general public concerning heart disease and other degenerative diseases. In addition, the Organization researches and educates the public about therapies which have proven healing qualities, with emphasis placed on the prevention and treatment of heart disease. HDRI also provides humanitarian aid, equipment and humanitarian aid to programs, charities, hospitals, and clinics internationally.
